Meet Ariel
Ariel is a NASM-certified personal trainer who believes health and wellness are for every body. A Pine River graduate and dedicated strength-training enthusiast, she brings a supportive, empowering approach to helping clients feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies.

Training since August of 2023, Ariel blends strength training, nutritional guidance, and mindset coaching to support lasting change—both inside and outside the gym. She places a strong emphasis on lifestyle habits and mental approach, helping clients build confidence that carries into everyday life. Ariel loves watching people rediscover their strength and reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels sustainable, empowering, and personal. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her horseback riding or spending time with her husband.
Meet Cole
Cole is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). With a passion for fitness and wellness, Cole is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and live a healthy lifestyle.

In addition to his certifications, Cole serves as the head strength and conditioning coach for the NA3HL junior hockey team MN Loons and Breezy Point Hockey Camps. He also works as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Pillager High School through Training HAUS and Twin City Orthopedics.
Cole is a Pine River native and PRB graduate class of 2014, graduating from MN State University of Mankato with a Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement in 2017. He enjoys a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutrition and is committed to helping others do the same. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, enhance your athletic performance, or simply live a healthier life, Cole is here to support you every step of the way.
Meet Sidney
Sidney Lodge is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She pushes her clients to reach their full potential and live healthy and happy lifestyles. She believes health is much more than the number on the scale, and provides various resources to assist anyone wanting to take charge of their lives.

Sidney offers personalized training programs tailored to individual needs and fitness levels. Specializing in a variety of training techniques, Sidney's approach focuses on functional movements, strength training, and cardiovascular exercises to help clients build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance endurance.
In addition to personal training, Sidney also leads dynamic group classes, such as Total Body, that provide a fun and motivating environment for participants to challenge themselves and achieve results. With a focus on proper form and technique, Sidney ensures that each workout is safe, effective, and enjoyable.
Meet Emily
Emily is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who brings over a decade of personal experience in fitness, fueled by a passion for helping women build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with their bodies.

As a full-time working mom of four, Emily understands how challenging it can be to prioritize yourself. After having her fourth child, she decided to pursue certification as a personal trainer. What started as something she did for herself quickly grew into a deeply fulfilling career, including becoming certified in nutrition. Emily has navigated bodybuilding, extreme dieting, and healing her own relationship with food, and now uses that experience to help other women lift heavy, fuel their bodies properly, and care for themselves with confidence. Her coaching is rooted in compassion, education, and empowerment, showing both her clients and her children that it is never too late to chase a dream and love what you do.
Meet Treffery
Treffery is certified yoga instructor and has a passion creating transformative yoga experiences, where you can explore your practice, connect with your true self, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance.

Treffery is originally from Virginia and a graduate of Ole Miss University in 2015, she brings a wealth of experience and passion to the mat. Practicing yoga since 2008, Treffery received her RTY-200 hour certification in 2017 from Om On Yoga in Richmond, VA. Her mission is to create a welcoming space, guiding each person through self-discovery to become more deeply rooted in who they are.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, she welcomes you to join her on the mat and embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth.
